I. Purpose Platform rokky.com ("Rokky Platform") is a unified platform where game publishers and digital storefronts connect, collaborate, and grow worldwide. The purpose of this policy is to make external party users aware of the rules for the acceptable use of assets associated with information and information processing on the platform rokky.com. This AUP defines acceptable and prohibited use, including restrictions related to sanctions, export controls, fraud prevention, and platform integrity
II. ScopeThis Acceptable Use Policy (" AUP") applies to all users, including publishers, storefronts, payment partners, affiliates, resellers, integrators, and any other entity accessing the Services ("the User").
III. PrincipleEach user is to be responsible for their own actions and act responsibly and professionally.
IV. General acceptable useThe User may use Rokky Platform only to:
- distribute and manage legitimate digital game products and related entitlements;
- operate storefront listings, fulfillment, reporting, and integrations in a lawful manner;
- exchange data through Rokky APIs consistent with agreed technical and commercial terms.
V. Prohibited conduct (general)The User must not, directly or indirectly:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Circumvent controls (geo-blocking, sanctions screening, risk checks, rate limits, security controls).
- Commit fraud (chargeback fraud, identity fraud, card testing, stolen payment instruments, account takeover).
- Abuse the platform (scraping, botting beyond approved API use, DDoS, malware, exploits, reverse engineering where prohibited).
- Misuse keys/entitlements: unauthorized key harvesting, re-packaging, re-selling outside authorized channels, laundering stolen/compromised keys, or distributing "grey market" inventory.
- Infringe IP: copyright/trademark violations, pirated copies, cracks, cheats packaged as "games," circumvention devices, or DRM-bypass tools.
- Harm users: harassment, hate content, doxxing, threats, or content that targets protected groups.
- Misrepresent your identity, corporate affiliation, product rights, catalog ownership, or territory rights.
- Enable money laundering / terrorism financing or attempt to conceal beneficial ownership.
VI. Prohibited jurisdictions.The User confirms that, as of the date of signing this Agreement, neither the User nor any of its owners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, business ventures, or any of their family members are subject to UK / EU / US sanctions.
VII. Comprehensive sanctionsUnless explicitly authorized by a valid government license (where applicable), the Company does not permit use of the Services (including account creation, product listing, distribution, payouts, or providing goods/services) by or for the benefit of persons ordinarily resident in, located in, organized under the laws of, or owned/controlled from the following jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria.
The Company also prohibits to use of the Rokky Platform in sanctioned regions of Ukraine under applicable programs, including Crimea and the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions, unless authorized by license where applicable.
The Company acknowledges and understands that certain Russian individuals, organizations, companies, and other entities are subject to sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom and European Union under "The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019" and US Public Law 115 — 44 — Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act. UK/ EU/ US companies are prohibited from engaging in transactions with, or transferring value to, such sanctioned entities and individuals.
VIII. Restricted parties everywhere (SDN/blocked persons and other lists)Regardless of jurisdiction, the Rokky Platform may not be used by or for the benefit of:
- individuals or entities listed on:
- the OFAC SDN List or other OFAC sanctions lists
- the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List
- the UK Sanctions List
- entities owned or controlled (directly or indirectly, individually or in aggregate) 50% or more by one or more sanctioned persons
- any person or entity acting on behalf of or for the benefit of a sanctioned party.
IX. Dynamic nature of sanctionsSanctions programs change. The Company may update the prohibited jurisdictions list, restrict additional territories, or apply stricter controls at any time to remain compliant.
X. Restricted business models (not allowed on Rokky Platform)The Rokky Platform does not support the following business models (whether as a core product, add-on, bundled content, marketing funnel, or via links/redirects):
Gambling and gambling-like monetization
- Online casinos, sportsbooks, lottery sales, betting, and unlicensed gambling services
- "Pay-to-enter" prize schemes or games where outcomes are primarily chance-based and monetized unlawfully in target jurisdictions
- Any "skin betting" / wagering services tied to game items where it violates applicable law
Adult / sexually explicit content
- Pornographic content, explicit sexual services, or marketplaces primarily for adult content
- Sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited; immediate report/termination)
Drugs, controlled substances, and prohibited paraphernalia
- Sale, promotion, or facilitation of controlled substances (including illegal distribution)
Weapons and regulated goods
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to obtain them unlawfully
- Sales of regulated weapons parts or high-risk weapon accessories where prohibited
Fraud, deception, and "grey market" commerce
- Key-reselling businesses without verifiable authorization from the rightsholder
- "Account selling," stolen account marketplaces, stolen keys, stolen payment credentials
Money services, laundering-enabling tools, and high-risk finance
- Unlicensed money transmission, "cash-out" services, or laundering facilitation
- Crypto mixers/tumblers, obfuscation services, or services designed to conceal source of funds
Malware, cheating, and harmful tooling
- Malware/spyware, credential theft, phishing kits
IP infringement and circumvention
- Pirated games, cracks, DRM bypass tools, circumvention devices, counterfeit DLC/keys
Platform integrity rules (game distribution specifics)
The User agrees not to:
- list products you do not have rights to distribute (including territory restrictions);
- manipulate pricing, ratings, reviews, or traffic through deceptive practices;
- use automated purchase loops, card testing, or mass redemption beyond approved flows;
- route restricted transactions through intermediaries to bypass country or party restrictions.
XI. Compliance obligations (your responsibilities)The User must:
- maintain accurate KYC/KYB and beneficial ownership information upon request;
- implement reasonable fraud controls for your storefront/users if you are a storefront;
- promptly notify the Company of suspected fraud, sanctions exposure, compromised keys, or data incidents;
- ensure that your downstream customers/users are not in prohibited jurisdictions or on restricted party lists.
XII. EnforcementThe Company may, in its sole discretion and without notice where legally permitted:
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- block transactions, listings, or payouts;
- remove content or delist products;
- require additional verification or documentation;
- report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
XIII. Reporting suspected violationsIf you believe there is fraud, key theft, sanctions evasion, or other violations, contact the Company via the support/legal channel listed on rokky.com.
XIV. UpdatesRokky may update this AUP periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
This Acceptable Use Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
